THE SATYR

From Ancient Greek mythology, Satyrs were mischievious, lustful and drunken woodland gods. Whatever their dubious nature, this piece was moulded and cast from the original ceramic, (now sold), then cold-cast with iron powder and resin.

Left outside for one year to take on all that the English weather could throw at it, this amazing patina is as natural as can be, and totally unique! It is a one of a kind piece and I will not be replicating this nature-worn patina.
